Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped using Direct Freight Express. Please provide us with a business or home address. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

A flat rate of $15.00 shipping applies to all orders below the value of $149.95. Orders over this value are shipped free. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large and commercial orders. Express delivery will incur additional charges, depending on the total weight of the order. Please call for a quote if you require express shipping.

*Orders shipped the same day if order placed before 1pm from Monday to Friday. Alternatively, most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day of the order being placed.
